WayCase Warranty & Guarantee Policy

WayCase Limited ("WayCase", "we", "us", or "our") provides the following Warranty & Guarantee Policy ("Policy") applicable to purchases made directly from WayCase or its authorised resellers. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.


1. Guarantee Coverage

WayCase products are covered by a one (1) year limited guarantee against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal, intended use, beginning from the date of original purchase.

1.1 Covered Under Guarantee

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty components that affect product functionality
  • Defects occurring under normal, proper use and conditions

2. Exclusions from Guarantee

This Guarantee does not cover, and WayCase shall not be liable for, any of the following:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or application
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage or natural yellowing of clear cases
  • Damage from accidental drops, impacts, or liquid exposure
  • Battery performance degradation (iPhone devices)
  • Damage caused by use of third-party accessories or chargers
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering
  • Products not purchased from WayCase or authorised resellers
  • Promotional, complimentary, or gifted items without verifiable purchase details
  • Theft, loss, or damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, fire, animals, or natural disasters

3. Conditions of Guarantee

  • The guarantee applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Products issued as replacements under this Policy are not eligible for further replacement.
  • Products that have been refunded are not covered under this guarantee.
  • Warranty service does not extend the original coverage period.

4. Filing a Guarantee or Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, the customer must:

  • Inspect the product upon receipt and contact WayCase promptly if any defects are identified.
  • Submit a claim via our support team, including: Order number or proof of purchase & description of the issue. At least one (1) high-resolution photo or video clearly displaying the defect.
  • Await confirmation and instructions from WayCase regarding return or replacement procedures.

Upon approval, WayCase will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective item with the same model and style; or
  • Offer a comparable alternative if the original item is unavailable.

Note: Refunds are not provided under this Policy.


5. iPhone Device Warranty

WayCase provides a one (1) year limited warranty on iPhone devices covering:

5.1 Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects and faulty components

5.2 Not Covered:

  • Battery degradation due to normal usage
  • Accidental or liquid damage
  • Cosmetic wear and surface damage
  • Third-party repairs or modifications
  • Loss, theft, or misuse
  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers

6. Reservation of Rights

WayCase Limited reserves the right to:

  • Refuse claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate this Guarantee and Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice

Such changes will not affect claims submitted and approved prior to the effective date of modification.
