Payments & Refunds: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Shipping & Delivery: We deliver across the UK using Standard Delivery (3–5 working days).

Warranty & Guarantee: All iPhone devices sold by WayCase come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering hardware faults (excluding batteries and accidental damage). 🔐 Payments & Refunds

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

How will I get a refund for returned items?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used at purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please follow our return policy.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What regions or countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). If you have any questions about shipping or need assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.

How long does delivery take?

We use UK Standard Delivery, which typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

If your order will fit through a letterbox / postbox then Royal Mail will deliver this to your delivery address. If this is not possible they will leave a card to inform you of how to obtain your order.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days since dispatch, then please drop us an email on support@waycase.co.uk

On the rare occasion that items are not delivered and have been lost in transit we will send out a replacement.

Please note - we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate delivery address to ensure safe delivery of the parcel is made.

📦 Order Issues & Returns

I have not received an order confirmation emails. What shall I do?

Once you’ve placed an order, you should receive a confirmation to the email address you provided.

If you don’t receive one, please check your spam/junk folder. Then, if you still can’t find it, please get in touch.

What should I do if I’ve entered the wrong delivery address?

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong delivery address please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange for it to be updated.

Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped we’re unable to amend the delivery address.

What should I do if I received the wrong item in my order?

Mistakes sometimes happen! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team and we will be able to advise of the next steps. 

Can I return my item?

In the unfortunate event, that you are not happy with your item, you have 14 days for it to be returned for a refund or exchange.

The item returned must be inside the original packaging and unused condition.

Please note that WayCase is unable to cover return item delivery costs

At WayCase, we believe in the quality of our products. Expert craftsmanship and cutting-edge design ensure they are made to last. However, in the rare event something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.

All our products come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Installation or application failures

  • Daily wear and tear (including cosmetic damage and natural yellowing of clear cases)

  • Damage from drops and falls

  • Liquid damage

  • Intentional modifications or third-party repairs

  • Items not purchased from us or our authorised resellers

  • Theft or loss of the product

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, extreme temperatures, or natural events

Important Notes

  • The guarantee applies only to original purchases. Products issued as replacements under this guarantee are not eligible for further replacement.

  • Products that have been refunded are not eligible for guarantee claims.

  • Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

  • When filing a guarantee claim, you must provide at least one high-resolution photo or video clearly showing the defect.

  • If your claim is approved, we will replace the item with the same model and style.

  • If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or solution at our discretion. Please note that refunds are not included.

  • For gifted products, we require the original order number or buyer’s details to process the claim.

  • Promotional or complimentary items are not covered by this guarantee.

Reservation of Rights

WayCase Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this guarantee at any time and at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party.

Warranty - iPhone Devices

WayCase 1-Year Warranty on iPhone Devices

At WayCase, we stand behind the quality of our iPhone devices with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal, intended use.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Faulty components that affect device functionality

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Battery performance, degradation, or failure due to normal use

  • Damage resulting from accidents, drops, impacts, or misuse

  • Water or liquid damage caused by exposure to moisture or submersion

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, discolouration, or natural aging

  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering by third parties

  • Theft, loss, or damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)

  • Damage caused by use of incompatible accessories or charging devices

  • Products not purchased directly from WayCase or authorised resellers


Important Conditions:

  • Warranty is valid only with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, WayCase will repair or replace the defective device at no additional cost.

  • If the exact model is unavailable, a comparable replacement or alternative solution may be provided at WayCase’s discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided under this warranty.


How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Inspect your device upon receipt and notify WayCase immediately of any defects.
  2. Contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
  3. Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.
  4. Await instructions from our support team for return or replacement procedures.

Additional Notes:

  • Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

  • Use of third-party accessories or unauthorised repairs may void the warranty.

  • WayCase reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if evidence shows damage due to misuse or external causes.

Are your phone cases MagSafe® Compatible?

Yes, most of our phone cases are MagSafe® compatible and support wireless fast charging as well as MagSafe® accessories. Please refer to the product title and description for specific details. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our team—we’ll be happy to assist you.

Are WayCase phone cases protective?

WayCase uses ShockProof Technology and reinforced inner bumpers on all four corners. Our phone cases are designed to withstand drops from heights of up to 4 feet.

Can I clean my phone case?

We recommend cleaning your phone case with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using chemicals, abrasive sponges, or any objects that could scratch the surface. Also, avoid liquids that may damage the case’s patterns.

Do phone cases overheat the device?

Phone cases are designed to protect your device, and the materials used will not cause overheating or damage. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can cause your phone to overheat—regardless of whether a case is used.

What are the phone cases made off?

WayCase phone cases are made using a combination of TPU and acrylic, providing a high level of protection with a durable hard-shell design. In some models, silicone is also used to enhance grip and flexibility.

How to install/ uninstall the MagSnap™ Back Cover?

Installation of interchangeable back covers (step-by-step):

1. Choose your favourite Back Cover.

2. Align your new back cover with the case frame, making sure all sides match up.

3. Press firmly around the camera bumper and all four corners until it clicks or fits snugly into place.

How to remove the back cover or replace it?

  1. Hold the case securely and locate the release point near the camera bumper. Gently press or lift to remove the current back cover.
  2. No need to remove the case from your phone — just swap the back cover while the case stays on.

You’re done! Swap styles or keep the clear cover on with ease.

How to attach a lanyard/strap on your phone case?

Attaching a Lanyard to Your Phone Case

Most phone cases come with dedicated lanyard inserts, but even if yours doesn’t, you can still attach a lanyard using the charging port cut-out. Here’s how to do both:

Method 1: Using Lanyard Inserts

1) Thread the string of the lanyard through the first lanyard cut-out on the case.

2) Pull it through and then pass it through the second cut-out (if there are two).

3) Once the string is through, feed the lanyard strap (the thicker looped end)through the string loop.

4) Pull the lanyard strap all the way through until the string tightens securely.

Method 2: Using the Charging Port Cut-Out

1) Take a thin lanyard string and thread it through the charging port cut-out from the inside of the case (before inserting your phone).

2) Create a small loop with the string and push the end of the lanyard strap through this loop.

3) Pull it tight to secure the lanyard.

4) Make sure the lanyard is snug and doesn’t block the port if you plan to charge your phone while it’s attached.

Tip: Avoid using overly thick strings with the charging port cut-out, as it may interfere with charging or damage the case.
