Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Return
All returns must be authorised first by WayCase.
Please contact us at support@waycase.co.uk to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Processing & Refund Timeframe
• Return processing timeframe: 2 working days from receipt and inspection
• Refunds: Once approved, refunds are normally processed to your original payment method within up to 5 working days
• Payments made using non-UK cards may incur additional processing fees from our payment provider. Where an order is cancelled, we reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable processing fees actually incurred.
