How Our Phone Cases Are Made?

  • Step 1: Material Selection

    We begin with high-grade TPU and crystal-clear acrylic, chosen for flexibility, impact resistance, and a premium feel.

  • Step 2: Precision Moulding

    The TPU is injected into custom moulds to form a shock-absorbing bumper around the phone.

  • Step 3: Acrylic Cutting & Assembly

    The acrylic panel is laser-cut and seamlessly bonded to the TPU frame for strength and clarity.

  • Step 4: Design Printing

    Using state-of-the-art UV printing, we apply bold, detailed graphics—like our signature snake pattern—that won’t fade or peel.

  • Step 5: Detailing

    Camera rings, button covers, and branding elements like the WayCase logo are applied for both style and function.

  • Step 6: Final Inspection

    Each case goes through a strict quality control process before it’s packaged and shipped to you.
